MSME Sathi- Samadhan Platform, Uttar Pradesh
The Government of Uttar Pradesh is determined to address the problems faced by these industrial units of the state. In view of this, Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Export Promotion, Uttar Pradesh has launched a mobile application called “MSME Sathi” which is also accessible on web portal. Through this app, entrepreneurs can communicate problems and suggestions related to the operations and other activities of their industrial units to the government. Uttar Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Export Promotion Department will coordinate with more than 20 concerned departments to ensure the registered issues are timely resolved. The purpose of this application is to assist entrepreneurs of Uttar Pradesh by fast redressal of their grievances and promote industrialization in the state.
Inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister on May 15, 2020, MSME Sathi portal/app aims to give a boost to micro, small and medium enterprises sector by resolving issues faced by MSMEs of UP in a timebound manner. During pandemic times, MSME Sathi was helpful to register and resolve lot of issues registered by Other than the issues related to loans, pending payments, housing, land, water and other utilities, the entrepreneurs can also raise their concerns related to export, GST, finance and banking etc.
MSME Sathi app/ portal is:
- Single Integrated System -for Grievance, inquiry, assistance for all MSME stakeholders.
- Multilingual -App/Portals all features are functional in Hindi and English both languages.
- Dedicated Dashboard for Suggestions - As the latest development in the app now, the MSME users can also give “Suggestions” to help improve services of department and banks.
